These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all reservations made at Château Prieuré Marquet, operated by SARL CHPPM, registered by Belfort RCS under number 819 280 330, whose registered office is located at 25 RUE D'ETUEFFONT, 90110 ROUGEMONT-LE-CHATEAU, France.
By booking a stay, the customer expressly and unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions.
These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the reservation and stay at the establishment operated by SARL CHPPM, hereinafter referred to as "Château Prieuré Marquet".

All reservations become firm and definitive only after written confirmation (email and/or text message) from Château Prieuré Marquet and receipt of a deposit or the full amount, according to the defined conditions.
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding tourist tax. Château Prieuré Marquet reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. However, the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods are: cash (euros), credit card and bank transfer.
The deposit must be paid exclusively by credit card on the website.
Any late arrival or early departure must be notified and approved in advance.
Reservations are made for a specific number of people. If the number of people exceeds the stated capacity, Château Prieuré Marquet reserves the right to refuse additional guests or apply a supplement.
Guests agree to respect the premises and ensure the peace and quiet of the common and private areas. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate exclusion without refund.
Château Prieuré Marquet declines all liability for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Children are the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians.
Guests agree to use their reserved room and common areas with respect and discretion.
The personal data collected is used solely for managing reservations and communicating with guests. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties. In accordance with applicable legislation, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
